This is the worse office to have as a primary care doctor . I scheduled an appointment with my eye doctor and this primary office was due to send over a referral. I spent over an hour waiting for the referral to be faxed and I had to call this office multiple times. I advise you to use another doctor if possible. A complete waste of time.
My mom just started going to this practice and she is extremely happy. They helped her with transportation to and from the office, and helped her with all the questions and concerns she had. Nurse Practitioner Oliscat is very knowledgeable. Her bedside manor is impeccable. She made sure all my mothers needs were met, even scheduled her appt with the Dr's she referred her to see. Bless medical center is the best. The nurse practitioner Gesie Oliscat is best. Not only do she’s take her time, but she make sure you understand before leaving the office, The staff i very nice they provide the best services. Blood work, EKG, Transportations , and scheduling appointments for the patients.
These people are a total disgrace, a liability & complete waste of time & energy. I Just left an appointment with Dr. Hans Louis Charles, they refused to see me for my appointment because "the Dr requires a mask and he doesn't care about vaccination status" this is after they didn't even have the courtesy to tell new patients that the address associated with their phone number, the address associated with their name & on the insurance is not current.
