Disappointing experience as a first-time customer. I had a 5:00 PM haircut appointment for my daughter with Lidia and arrived 5 minutes early. Unfortunately, by 5:15 PM we still had not received the service, and she was still working on three other children’s haircuts.We were then asked to wait for another 15 minutes. Lidia is the absolute best! I needed a colour correction and I left it to her to decide the final colour. She nailed it! She instinctively knew the colour that was right for me and boy do I love it! Her professionalism and expertise is outstanding. Five star treatment!
