Don’t live here. If 0 stars was an option, I would pick that. The fire alarms are one of the many issues. They go off constantly. Overpriced. Management and maintenance are terrible, would get this service from a apartment building 1/2 the price. Honestly a joke of a place, don’t live here even if you’re a college kid and the price is appealing lol This is a giant frat house, not a luxury complex..
They should advertise their apartment complex as a FRAT house NOT a luxury apartment! This is NOT a family friendly place. All families I know in this bldg are moving out and I’m counting down my days too! The location is great but everything else is AWFUL. It’s a true nightmare to live here. This bldg is NOT secured. All entrance doors are broken so everyone can enter. I got a stranger last week knocking to my door while my kid was home alone. I saw a homeless person sleeping in the courtyard. What kind of a luxury apartment complex has a broken door gate with a 2 ft hole in the east entrance and a permanent open gate in the garage area at the west?

10/10 would NOT recommend. This should be labeled as student housing, as it’s all drunk college students who live here.
THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE AND DISGUSTING. Residents and/or residents’ friends vandalize the property about every other day. People do not pick up after their pets waste. The office never answers the phone. If you try to pick up a package from leasing office after 5:00 any day- you will be waiting at least 20 mins for someone to help you. This place is not worth the money unless you wanna live in garbage.
The Leasing and Management staff are spot on and super friendly! Lisa, the manager was very informative and cares about the community. The apartments are fantastic!
Management here is horrible!!!! Have been disrespected multiple times by the employees here. Don't be fooled
