Negligent staff. I required an urgent referral that I learned was declined twice because it was submitted from this office incorrectly. It has been over a month and they still have not yet corrected and sent it. They rarely answer the phone, when they do no one ever has an answer, and they never call back when they say they will. Do not come here if you want your health taken seriously.
Dr. Dwivedi...I have seen many doctors in my life and most have been great, but Dr. Dwivedi is one of my top favorites. She is easy to talk with, she explains things, gives options, she is always one step ahead of me with my health issues, she has a very positive personality, happy and so friendly. Dr. Pooja Dwivedi is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. She is incredibly patient and genuinely concerned about any issues her patients face. She is thorough in her approach and always kind in her interactions.
50min wait past appointment time for an initial meet and greet with a new physician is unacceptable and unprofessional. Disrespectful of time with no apology or accountability had. ‘If you have concerns talk to the front desk’ is what was said to me. Might as well visit a walk in clinic at that point and get more efficient care. On top of the wait, the physician asked two broad questions unrelated to my care and showed zero interest in understanding what care needs I may require in the future should I roster with the clinic.
I have been ruthlessly trying to get to the bottom of multiple cysts growing on my thyroid cartilage and in my neck. Canadian Health Care can be slow at times but Ashley at reception is 100% on the ball with her role here. She's incredibly supportive and very fast at pretty much anything I've requested from her.
