Dr. Dwivedi is very patient and listens to all my concerns. She is also very proactive regarding any health issues and takes precautions to avoid complications. Even with a tight schedule she sometimes takes me in if it’s really important to be seen by her. Front desk is very helpful all the time in managing appointments and always calls back after going through the voicemail. I am very happy and thankful to be accepted as a patient under the care of Dr. Dwivedi.
I am extremely grateful I was accepted as a patient with Dr. Dwiwedi. She was so nice. I only have wonderful things to say. She was kind and patient and knowledgeable. The staff were so nice as well. I'm so happy.
I was happy initially when I got accepted as Patient under Dr. Pooja Dwiwedi, but later I got to know that even after getting accepted as patient I would have to wait for at-least two months to get an meet and greet appointment. When I called them they told me this is because she accepted around 500 people at same time and can’t serve everyone in short period. This review is for Dr. Pooja Dwivedi. I am a new patient that got enrolled in August and have visited her twice so far. She is fantastic! I truly appreciate how she is very patient in explaining things in layman terms and is not rushing to get you out the door like other doctors do. I also appreciate how she actually looks at you, listens and explains to you face to face versus other doctors that go on a typing spree and barely even gives you eye contact.
