I’ve had a great experience at Bleams Medical. The front desk staff are always professional, patient, and kind, even though the clinic can get very busy at times. They handle calls, check-ins, and questions efficiently and with a positive attitude. You can tell they genuinely care about helping patients and keeping things running smoothly. I really appreciate their hard work and professionalism.

50min wait past appointment time for an initial meet and greet with a new physician is unacceptable and unprofessional. Disrespectful of time with no apology or accountability had. ‘If you have concerns talk to the front desk’ is what was said to me. Might as well visit a walk in clinic at that point and get more efficient care. On top of the wait, the physician asked two broad questions unrelated to my care and showed zero interest in understanding what care needs I may require in the future should I roster with the clinic.... read more

Negligent staff. I required an urgent referral that I learned was declined twice because it was submitted from this office incorrectly. It has been over a month and they still have not yet corrected and sent it. They rarely answer the phone, when they do no one ever has an answer, and they never call back when they say they will. Do not come here if you want your health taken seriously.
