I had, unfortunately, the pleasure of having to deal with this company when purchasing a home. Despite repeated attempts to explain what my issues were they just ignored what I was saying and received a boilerplate response. It took until the issue was finally brought to a supervisor to get the answer that we needed, and yet he still insisted on providing us the same boilerplate information at the end. Their level of professionalism is subpar and very frustrating to deal with.
