I have never been treated in all my aging years with the dignity that the staff showed me with from day one. Mrs.Alexus Yarborough was so patient, knowledgable,respectful and patient,she took me step by step with things us older residents usually don't understand, she's a great example of a great employer and dedicated to what she does.Please continue to hire more like her.Ms Tina is so compassionate,Thank both of them for a smooth transition.
UPDATE: 06/12/2025 My mother (92 years of age) received a notice that she has an unauthorized occupant living her apartment. This occupant must leave premises within 24 hours. Yes my name is not on lease but BSV manager approved me living here. So tonight I went to another residents apartment where her daughter just moved in. I asked if she had to sign lease and she said no. She was told by management to bring a note from doctor saying her mother has dementia in which she did and she is now living here.
