UPDATE: 06/12/2025 My mother (92 years of age) received a notice that she has an unauthorized occupant living her apartment. This occupant must leave premises within 24 hours. Yes my name is not on lease but BSV manager approved me living here. So tonight I went to another residents apartment where her daughter just moved in. I was told no smoking in the unit only perimeters. My unit and the entire floor smells of smoke and other bad odors. I've had AC problems since moving in and the unit was not cleaned well among other things like broken appliances. Management has never addressed the issues> Now a huge increase to renew the lease.

I love my apartments but the management at my property is horrbile and unprofessional. I had a concern with my office manager and she gave me a number to “corporate “ and the other manager that works in office responded back to my email and did not address any of my concerns just basically said it is what it is. Now I’m desperately looking for another place to move before it’s time to renew because I just won’t spend money where I’m not respected.
