Jon and Troy were awesome. We were in trouble with a blown circuit board in the middle of winter. Jon recognized our need and went above the call of duty to ensure we were taken care of. Troy had our new board in place within a few hours. Saved us from living in a hotel. Customer for life.
Joe was super-patient, very timely, very professional, and very dedicated (ignored his phone every time it rang). I couldn't have asked for a better repairman to come to my house. I know who I'm calling if I ever have problems again.
We were pleasantly surprised that a crew was able to come out and start so quickly after our house fire. They worked quickly and efficiently and were in contact with us the whole time. Absolutely amazing customer service! I have tried multiple times to get someone to come out to my place (trailer house) and everyone always says no immediately. They were super kind and helpful and immediate noticed the problem with my electric. They completed the task super quickly and are very knowledgeable when asked about tips and tricks
Was in a bind as my originally hired electrician backed out after 10 weeks of waiting and Blazek came to the rescue and is doing a wonderful job
