We asked for service on a tankless water heating system and replacing a pipe under a bathroom sink. The first task was slightly different because the previous owner had set up an excellent but unique system in the house. Some of the pipes had build up from hard water. However, all the repair needed was replacing a part in the tankless system that caused the leaking. Buck at Blauch Brothers came to my rescue today! After a recent renovation, our brand new bathtub faucet lever started to leak. Buck showed up within hours of calling, listened to my long winded explanation of what had been happening and took the time to find out what was going on. It was not a straightforward fix and he made sure to exhaust all options. I am so thankful and grateful. Such a wonderful experience!
Our toilet got clogged on the 12th I called they answered i asked them about payment plans as soon as I did the energy really changed was told it would be a certain price for 4 hrs then told if certain equipment wasn't used it be 110 an hr I said when can come was told on the 13th probably towards evening I said ok woke up to miss call was told they couldn't come at all their equipment was broke I said why didnt come yesterday then was told I wouldn't agree to over time which was a lie no overtime was talked about then when ... read more
Terrible customer service. Returning customer here was looking for an estimate on water softener installation. After waiting 2 days for someone to return my call I was told the estimator would come out a week later. Called the morning of and was told they done give estimates on customer supplied equipment. I had already given all this information in detail to the first person, I spoke with who set up the appointment for the estimation. What a waste of time
