I am newer to the area and booked a 9am appointment here due to having a commitment at 11a couple Saturdays ago. Here is how it went. When I arrived, three women that worked at the salon were standing talking. I was greeted a moment later and told to sit. I wasn’t taken back until 9:17. I really, really wanted to love this place and support my people but unfortunately, I had a poor experience. I booked on vagaro 7/3 for an appointment with Sage on 7/4. Yes, I know it was a holiday but I was able to book. The tech even texted me to let me know the earlier time wouldn't work but she could take me in the afternoon, cool. The second I pulled up to make my appointment, she texts me that there was an issue with the building so the owner was closing.
