Christmas Eve ******* light tour ************************************ comparison to last year 2020. This year's experience did not meet our expectation and was over priced based on what we experienced. First, we drove on the freeway for 3/4's of the tour. Second, extremely poor communication with the driver whose demeanor appeared standoffish. Wonderful Christmas Light Tour. Would recommend for everyone. Service was superb. **** was fantastic, very friendly and considerate. Would definitely use Blasion again.

The reservation process was very professional and efficient. Unfortunately I had to change my flight arrival due to flight delays and they were extremely understanding and cooperative. The day of arrival the driver ******* kept us informed as to exactly where he was and that he would be waiting at the baggage claim. His communication was outstanding, above and beyond and certainly appreciated.
