My family and I wanted to do a Christmas light tour on my parents wedding anniversary, Dec. 23rd, as we did many times as we were children. This was my first trip to ******* in over 15 years, so it was my first time using Blasian. They were amazing. Their reservation process was seamless. I made a reservation months in advance and they contacted me several times to reconfirm, including 48 hours prior to my arrival. They included maps of the airport and very clear instructions. Professional excellent service on two separate occasions during our stay.We had an airport ride to our hotel in ******* and then a second group ride from ******* to ****** . (Sprinter van).Both the office support staff and drivers were so pleasant, courteous and helpful for our first trip to ******* !
