This was my first trip to ******* in over 15 years, so it was my first time using Blasian. They were amazing. Their reservation process was seamless. I made a reservation months in advance and they contacted me several times to reconfirm, including 48 hours prior to my arrival. They included maps of the airport and very clear instructions. Professional excellent service on two separate occasions during our stay.We had an airport ride to our hotel in ******* and then a second group ride from ******* to ****** . (Sprinter van).Both the office support staff and drivers were so pleasant, courteous and helpful for our first trip to ******* ! The communication during the whole process was extremely helpful knowing who and where your driver was. Thank you !

I used Blasian to make four trips to medical facilities. In each instance I had a very good experience. Each trip was with a separate driver. Each driver was outside my front door one half hour before my departure time. Each driver was well dressed, courteous and anxious to please.There trips involved outpatient surgery so were not fraught with anxiety but worrisome enough to cause some concern.
