I used Blasian to make four trips to medical facilities. In each instance I had a very good experience. Each trip was with a separate driver. Each driver was outside my front door one half hour before my departure time. Each driver was well dressed, courteous and anxious to please.There trips involved outpatient surgery so were not fraught with anxiety but worrisome enough to cause some concern. Excellent Service! We did two pickups both were fantastic! The communication was phenomenal with reminders and driver information 48hrs, 24hrs before and the day of. Driver, Marks communication was clear and easy to understand. He was kind and knowledgeable in our travel. He was very patient with the extra traffic due to events in the area. We've never used a car service in the cities before but decided to try it for a recent concert. **** was very propmy, actually early. We were pretty stressed about how it would work out logistically and he made the entire trip stress free. We got in and he handled it from there! Very kind, very respectful, good driving. This was a great experience. We had no issues. Defintely would recommend if your needing a chauffer or just a drop off at the airport!
