I’ve been renting with Blasco for just over a year now. I’ve had no complaints with the company. They are very responsive to maintenance requests. I’ve never experienced anything rude or unprofessional. I love my neighbors, everyone treats each other like family. Perfect little place!
This company is fraudulent. One of the worst companies I've ever done business with. They lack professionalism and integrity. The old hack that answers the phone is as worthless as they come. Always telling you what's wrong in her day as if i care. No ethics and very dishonest and Ron is a liar on many occasions and every level. Do yourself a real favor and find a different company, an honest company.
