I called them around noon on July 3rd,luckily the shop owner answered phone.I told him that my clutch had broken down and I asked if he’d be able to find someone willing to work over 4th of July.After the brief hold,he came back telling me that he found someone.Not just that,the shop manager was proactive in getting my VIN# and ordering parts ahead of time.Soon after my truck got to the shop delivery truck arrived with the new clutch.My truck was all done on July 5th,9am. THIS BLANKENSHIP TRUCK REPAIR SHOP FAILED TO COMPLETE THEIR RECOMMENDED REPAIRS AND ABANDONED OUR TRUCK. My charity purchased a flatbed Freightliner to help out in the western NC hurricane recovery when our Ford F-650 had unexpected problems. I took the 2015 truck to Blankenship’s for an inspection. A yellow light illuminated at their shop for which they recommended replacement of NOx sensors.
