Been taking my daughter here all her life and the doctors and staff have always been great. Very welcoming environment.
Not happy at all I called to schedule an appointment and the front desk Debbie refused to schedule my 3 month old because they don't have any information/records of her even that she able to pull records from Epic I'm pretty sure ¿? I asked for Dr Boonstra first she replied not accepting new patients, Ok I understand, then Dr Haugen, not available either, Okkk how about Dr Groos, well only if requested! Can't get in when your child is ill. This has happened twice now. The one time we did get a same-day appt., they sent the rx to the wrong pharmacy.
