This place is an absolute joke of a hospital. Unreasonably inhospitable staff that rushes you out the door as soon as you come in. My sister came in with my baby niece and waited 2 HOURS to be told ‘keep doing what your doing and call me if you have questions.’ No genuine care, no follow up plan to ensure correct healing is happening and no pain management plan or instruction for a fracture that has progressively gotten worse. my bf was on the verge of passing out and in pain where he was crying and hadn’t eaten in days and all he wanted was some fluids . and they said no and told us we could go home after waiting for 9 hourrss!!
The nurses, providers, and every other staff member we met from the emergency department and up to the floor once admitted (and through the stay) were kind and professional, and I could not have asked for better care team for my child in their time of need.
