The guest relations department is unprofessional, wouldn’t you be mad if you got charged 17k for a bill that isn’t yours? You guys couldn’t even offer me an ounce of grace ? So of course I’m upset! I took my newborn baby (from 0-6 weeks) to the emergency room here multiple times. He was also born here. He wasn’t breathing correctly and was having retractions. The staff in the ER continued to tell me that he was fine and was demonstrating “normal infant breathing”. One nurse went as far to tell me that I had PPA and gave me a pamphlet.
