I gave birth last May 2024. They put wrong diagnosis code on my new born son - Claims such as LIVE BIRTH which should be put under the insurance of mother! I have two health insurance and they are willing to pay as long as Unitypoint will reprocess and resubmit the claims but Billing department (the one that assigned medical codes) is giving us a hard time.
