Bland's stole my time and money. I took my push mower in for a spring service: Blade Sharpening, oil change, spark plug, air filter, etc. The technician called to tell me that he had trouble starting the mower and that my engine was surging, caused by debris in my fuel tank and I needed to replace the carburetor. I was a bit shocked, considering I started it before taking it in and after sitting in my garage for months, it started on the second pull. Great Experience for "our first rodeo"... Wow! What a great shopping experience at Bland's! We knew it was time to make the move to a riding mower from a push mower. I did research online and Consumer Reports and kind of knew what we wanted and needed. A neighbor sent us to Bland's. We went and spoke with Thomas and he educated us on some things we didn't know and really took the time to match a rider to our needs. He called The Trailer Man, as well, and got pricing for us to purchase a trailer for us to take our new rider h... read more
Great Place Blands is one of the areas top notch equipment places. they sell great tools like echo,stihl,lawnboy etc. They have been around a long time. Very dependable and competetive priced. I recommend them.
Spectacular Service! I was so happy with the service of the folks here that I have returned for every purchase I've needed to make for yard equipment, even though they're not the closest to my residence. I've purchased a lawnmower here, as well as a weedeater, edger, chainsaw, and supplies for all the above. The staff is always VERY helpful.
unsatified customer I agree with Odell's review of this business. I had a similar negative experience with this business. I purchased a stihl chainsaw and used only one day when I had problems with it. I took it back to have them look at it but they said I had abused it. Nonsense. Their warranty coverage sucks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I took the chainsaw to a competitor company and they serviced it under warranty. I give them one star b/c I am generous. They don't deserve any stars. Also, Bland's charged me $25 to sha... read more
