The doctor is amazing. But the staff, rude especially his medical assistant so rude and unable to do anything. They never work on prior authorization even when I call them so many times. I addressed prescription refills in the office and they still don't send them. I'm beyond disappointed at the medical assistants, they seem that they had zero knowledge of what they are doing. People need medications on time not 3 months later. Once again, the doctor is amazing but his staff is the worst. They leave on hold forever.

My family has been with Blanco and Cantu for many years. Why? Because honestly you won't find a better run office in all of Laredo. They are prompt and compassionate. They work hard to keep your medical costs down. They find meds that you can afford. Once the doctor even stayed a little longer to stitch up my son's finger so we wouldn't have to pay emergency room fees. I've lived in several states around the US, and I've been to a lot of different clinics, but I've rarely seen one run consistently as well as this one.

Worst customer.service i call.to.talk to tha doctor about mi medication and hand me.for.hold.fot 45 minuits and steel.did not answer

no problems here, I have used this practice since before they moved and not had any problem
