Riding mower sat over 2 weeks to diagnose, they wanted $631 to replace a $230 carburetor….the service advisor couldn’t give a closer estimate as to why it’d be so high “ but could be less?”…as I waited to pay my bill I heard a upset customer complaining about a VERY similar situation…Service dept was a mess . I’m guessing this is how they do business. Blanchards in Augusta is nothing like this one …
Had a great experience with Blanchard equipment in Greenwood. Will the salesman was very helpful in the purchase of our new zero turn and Steven and the parts counter helped us with parts for our tractor. 100% recommend this place.
Deal with this store at your own risk…. Lot more to be said. But the 2 managers in the store aren’t worth the time. Just know they do not care about the customer. If I could add Video proof to my review I’d prove it… soon though.
