I am not kidding when I say that hiring Blanchard Builders was quite possibly the best thing I have done for my home. We believed our shower to be leaking in the wall, and as a result we decided to tear it out and fix it. We also needed our ceiling fan in the bathroom replaced (and re-vented through the attic).
