I'm absolutely appalled by the behavior of this organization. I have been waiting for several weeks to get a master insurance policy from Blanchard and Calhoun who runs my HOA at The Landings in North Augusta. I'm a veteran returning from overseas. My lender has contacted them, I have reached out to them many times and we get nothing. I'm not happy as this delay has caused me to cancel the shipping of my household goods, vehicle shipping, temporary lodging expenses, flight cancellations and more. Amanda and Megan are the worse rental managers ever. How are you supposed to be a landlord but never come out to the residence to check on anything when we have concerns. Then when you have concerns good luck with getting anything resolved!
