i went here to get my nails done for the first time and it’s a no for me never again my nails are coming off alr i have called up there multiple times to let them know about my nails

Gave this shop a 2 based on my experience with them today. I was charged 5 dollars for a “trim” when the nail tech, Candy, did not trim my nails. I did not get nails cut at all actually. When I asked about this, the response was “I filed your nails.” Maybe it’s just me but doesn’t a nail file and buff come with a fill-in service? Of course you reshape the nail when you get a fill, that’s standard but I’m finding at this shop, it’s an extra charge to do so. I love coming to Blanc Nail Bar. Peter does amazing work. Peter has such a welcoming personality and takes his time to give you the most perfect set of nails! Ask for Peter he is an exceptional nail artist!

I asked what does the “Spa-basic” pedicure include. No one could answer my question. She said pumas bar to scrub my heels were $5 extra. Gel removal on my toes $5 extra, French tip $15 extra… she over cut my big toe, and when I told her it didn’t match the other one, I asked for a tip to match the other one…Extra $8. There was a HUGE language barrier in the entire nail salon. I showed her a picture of a French tip with an exaggerated curve. Couldn’t execute the tip. Left very frustrated, overcharged, and unhappy.
