I was stumped with a project and needed a little help/inspiration. The staff was really helpful and was able to give me some great ideas. Prices are great and I love being able to support a local small business.
Such a cool little shop with just about everything I've ever wanted in cake making, decorating, cookie decorating, candymaking and chocolate molding. I get really inspired when I come in, AND they have classes! I took a 2 hour candymaking survey class, and I came away with lots of great ideas. The teacher (Anita?) was so kind and fun. We asked lots of questions and she always had great answers. She took the time to make sure everyone was keeping up. I only wish I'd brought a pen & paper to take notes. Fantastic cake-decorating birthday party for my freshly 8 year old girl. She and her buddies had a great time and learned some solid decorating skills. Our teacher Marcy was so patient with them and made it fun. Highly recommend it! Also, they have everything you could ever want to make and decorate cakes and candies in the shop. It's fun to just look around at it all and get ideas.
