Not good, needed something done ASAP, really close to my office that would take less than 10 minutes...so i could drive home safely... ...sadly they would not squeeze me in, saying I needed an appointment and none were available today. Used another place on the other side of the freeway.

Brought my Tesla in to get the mirror done after a slight accident. Of course on a Tesla, nothing is slight. However, the folks that Crash Champions were outstanding. Customer service was outstanding, the way my claim was handled, everything. And wouldn't you know it, I got same-day service. I was so shocked when I dropped my car off, to get a phone call five hours later telling me my car was ready to go! Now that's service!
