Too many teenagers sitting around smoking in the tables and chairs by the Cold Stone ice cream shop. I would like to be able to take my kids and sit outside for an ice cream but with smokers and all the cigarette butts they leave around (does someone clean this area?) forget it I will go somewhere else.
