Awesome people.
There was a bit of a miscommunication (not sure if it was the fault of my realtor or the office staff at Blakeman) regarding a credit on my account after having moved and canceled the lease on a tank. The owner, Randy, did not hesitate to make it right. He was very kind and made sure that my account reflected the credit on the very same day. I will continue to do business with Blakeman. I have had blakeman propain for almost 15 years I just up and received a notice they are going to pull my tank. Now they have been polite but I guess there is no room for Leniency.
