I have been looking for a really long time for a really great place to live. I have been everywhere. The prices are off the charts, but when I walked in, I felt really comfortable at the Blakely and then I met Carlos. Carlos is the manager there and was so kind to me very caring he took great care in showing me around the place and showing me different types of apartments. Carlos is the best apartment tour guide I met in Seattle . He took the time to understand my needs and provided thoughtful recommendations on which home would suit me best. Unlike other places that only showed options within my budget, he presented units both above and below it, giving me a full picture of what was available. We just moved in a couple of weeks ago. We let the office know about 4 problems with our new place. In 3 days maintenance came by and addressed every issue. We're very satisfied.
WARNING: You would have to be out of your mind to move into the Blakely at Echo Lake Apartments! I moved here in 2018, when it was clean, had friendly, respectable tenants and management who took great pride in the property and cared about us. Since the pandemic, this place has turned into last resort housing for vagrants, criminals, alcoholics, drug addicts and street people who they bring in to fill up all the empty units vacated by good people who have left after being assaulted, attacked, threatened, or who have gotten d... read more
