I visit a large portfolio of properties, and I don’t typically send notes like this — but I felt compelled to highlight a community that truly stood out. The manager, Shelby, exceeded every expectation. She was warm, personable, welcoming, informative, patient, relatable, and incredibly down‑to‑earth. The overhead light at the entrance to my apartment has been nonfunctional for 5 months. A maintenance service request was submitted many months ago yet the only thing that has happened is the disappearance of the light fixture cover and the old fluorescent light tubes. Other than that the Blakely Apartments is a decent facility.
The staff is good to work with and are professional and except for one incident still no issue though. The equipment is easy to work with and have been a help on my efforts to recover from surgery and train for the games.
