1. This place is cold as ice. The office staff are icy. Not just one person, but the entire culture of the staff. 2. Parking is really tight. 3. Nickel and timing everything. A constant focus on costs and payments. They refused to give me my records unless I paid them $25. I had melanoma. Having those records are important to my new dermatologist.
Absolutely love Dr. Richardson. She is hands down the best sweetest Dermatologist I have ever been to. I used to go to another Dermatologist in South Austin, but switched to Dr. Richardson and never looked back.
