1. This place is cold as ice. The office staff are icy. Not just one person, but the entire culture of the staff. 2. Parking is really tight. 3. Nickel and timing everything. A constant focus on costs and payments. They refused to give me my records unless I paid them $25. I had melanoma. Having those records are important to my new dermatologist.
Absolutely love Dr. Richardson. She is hands down the best sweetest Dermatologist I have ever been to. I used to go to another Dermatologist in South Austin, but switched to Dr. Richardson and never looked back.
I was referred to this doctor from another practice because it was closer to my home, and Dr. Richardson was extremely unprofessional. She trashed talked other doctors from other cities that she's never even met. How can a medical licensed doctor do this, she has no right!! I will never go back to this disgusting person ever again. From the minute I stepped into the office from the time I got out was just a nightmare. I encourage other patients to find another practice and not go to her.
I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Richardson. I found her incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent bed side manner!
