Blakely Manor is part of Seattle's Housing Authority Seattle Senior Housing Program & the seniors who live here are just so rude! There's not enough parking spots here so the tenant I know who resides here has received many tickets! There isn't assigned spots but some people around think there are! They are very quick here to try to get you kicked out, & this is especially if you are of color/minority! If you don't HAVE to move here, DON'T!
