Dealer did not deliver the complete service for which I paid but tried to make it as if they did. Paid for “the works” maintenance package but they didn’t rotate the tires and I can’t tell if the fluids were topped off. The service advisor made it sound like they had completed the work 100%. I know it seems trivial but if you can’t trust them to do exactly what you paid for, why use them when you have other options? I’ve used them for my service needs exclusively but they lost me as a customer.
Service department was friendly. Couldn't solve my issue at the time, but its not their fault. I need to go back when the issue is occurring apparently.
