Blake and his team were amazing! Our house was only on the market for a few days before we had multiple viewers, and by the following week we had several offers. I thought the selling process would be long, and stressful, but Blake’s team made the sell smooth and stress free. There was an open line of communication the entire time of Escrow and updates were frequent!
Put an offer on a house listed with realtor. My agent reached out with basic questions such as if there was any other offers prior to us submitting. Was not given a response until the next day, no opportunity to offer highest and best. His sellers for 2347 W Babcock house in Visalia lost out on 10-15k over their asking price. Offer for house was accepted at 5k over asking price.
