Very professional and did well on my problem.
Heaven forbid you are 4 minutes late past the grace period— you aren’t getting in (even if 2 of those minutes were spent waiting for the receptionist to show up behind the desk). Traveled 1 1/2 hours with 3 little kids and they wouldn’t even consider quickly laying their eyes on one small spot on my 2 year old. But, hey, maybe I wouldn’t either if my office-catered Saltgrass lunch showed up 20 minutes early too. Enjoy!
