Blake was off the charts with her incredible skills and help in selling our home! Her professionalism, thoroughness, level headedness, thinking out of the box and tenacity helped make our very challenging sale come to a successful close, on time with all of our T’s crossed and I’s dotted. I cannot recommend Blake highly enough as a real estate agent! Blake recently helped my wife and me complete the purchase of our dream home in Colorado. We were looking to use the proceeds from the sale of our house in Illinois which presented a number of challenges (and potential landmines!) with respect to the offer process, mortgage approval process, and closing timeline.
