RecommendedDavid, Ray and Niki have handled my business and personal taxes for 25 years. They are the absolute best and I highly recommend them.
This is the WORST place to have your taxes done. After my family had been here for many years they really screwed us over. Nicki at the front desk has no customer service skills AT ALL. Very rude. Not helpful. And neglected to let me know how much I needed to pay her after I asked her twice. I would never recommend going here to anyone. Unless you like a company who is okay with treating people like garbage and getting their pay I would stay clear. Two thumbs down

The worst possible service I have ever seen. I tried to send my documents for tax return preparation by sharing dropbox link - it was a way too complex for them. I emailed a password protected zip file - they did not figure out how to enter a password. I brought my documents by visiting they office over two weeks ago - they said that there is no need to book an appointment in advance. I called them today trying to figure out what is going on just to find out they are not going to do my taxes at all. I have only 2 weeks left ... read more

Have gotten my taxes done here for the last 18 years. It is like visiting good friends. I recommend them to all my friends.
So friendly, inviting and stress free! As long as I live in Everett I will come to them. I have seen Nicole twice. Highly recommended
