I've had very poor experiences so far dealing with Blake Capitals leadership. Currently a renter at one of their Wisconsin properties having extreme smoke transfer issues with one of my neighbors and they want me to just accept it and live in a cigarette hotbox. Silly world we live in. Edit: it's funny that the Lake Geneva property has been a hot mess for 5+ years looking at these other reviews. I'm so screwed...

The woman who identified herself as the CFO I have had to deal with when our apartment patio kept flooding. I didn’t expect it to be any better. This Laura must be a relative or have some damning information she is holding over the corporation to be allowed to do bully tenants in the way she has done. We informed the property person of our intention to vacate the premises on August 15th. apartments themselves are lovely and spacious. Updated appliances. Landscape and outside area well maintained. Improvements and repairs are happening each year. For my building, the housekeeping person is terric. All public areas and halls are well cared for.

I've been living at the lake geneva property for over a year. When they built the apartment it wasn't on grade so my apartment continues to flood everytime it storms really bad. I have been reaching out for over a year as it's cost me a ton of money to replace towels and my vaccum. Now I have to replace furniture as its mildewed and molding on the bottom.
