The woman who identified herself as the CFO I have had to deal with when our apartment patio kept flooding. I didn’t expect it to be any better. This Laura must be a relative or have some damning information she is holding over the corporation to be allowed to do bully tenants in the way she has done. apartments themselves are lovely and spacious. Updated appliances. Landscape and outside area well maintained. Improvements and repairs are happening each year. For my building, the housekeeping person is terric. All public areas and halls are well cared for.

I've been living at the lake geneva property for over a year. When they built the apartment it wasn't on grade so my apartment continues to flood everytime it storms really bad. I have been reaching out for over a year as it's cost me a ton of money to replace towels and my vaccum. Now I have to replace furniture as its mildewed and molding on the bottom. Absolute disgrace, the staff are terrible, there is thieves around the buildings staff don't do anything. The place be left like a building site, the heat is always broke and all the do is offer a space heater because the maintenance doesn't do anything but yet all the rent was paid and on time but they still do theis to residents. Stay away, they are a disgrace
