Blake and Associates is definitely one of the best therapy places. The ppl are great, very knowledgeable and aren't afraid to think outside the box to help you reach your goals.
It's been years since I've been there & I now live out of state but it was Sue & the others who helped me through several injuries/surgeries. The professionalism, personalities, senses of humor & great caring & compassion is more than one could hope for. I've been lucky to find someone in FL who is like that but I'll never forget all the help I received from Sue & Blake & Assoc.

Some of the best physical therapists work at Blake & Assoc. They explain why you need to take care of your body to prevent any more injury to the effected body part. They have helped me out with probably 6 different injuries and or surgeries. I have been happy with the results. All the employees are well educated in their field of expertise.
