I have been a Massage Therapist for over 10 years and have referred many of my clients to Blake & Associates because they are well trusted, highly trained and qualified Physical Therapists that truly care for their patients quality of life. I have personally been a patient of this office as well. The kindest individuals work here and Sue only hires the very best! I would not trust any other PT office to care for myself or my loved ones.
Absolutely wonderful office. Sue is the most professional, caring and compassionate physical therapist who truly understands and cares for her patients. She has an exceptional group of therapist working along side her, and the rest of her staff, from front desk to the aides are all top notch. I highly recommend them for all of your therapy needs.
Illegal business practices. Provided harmful treatment to me as a patient & illegally charged my account $600.00. Getting my attorney involved as Susan and her team are not able to run their business legally nor ethically.

They did s great job helping me twice in the last year. Last August when I had a knee replacement and I just finished therapy fair my right shoulder.
