I’ve tried 3 times to talk to anyone at the Blairsville clinic but all my calls end up with someone in Atlanta! How do I actually talk to a human at the VA clinic in Blairsville??

I wish that the rest of the VA worked this well. Honestly, over half the VA works very well but this clinic is outstanding. I would recommend Dr. Scheffield to be the next Surgeon General but I wouldn't want to lose him.

The Blairsville clinic is the BEST place to go for healthcare in Georgia! The staff is very helpful, informative and friendly. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Jessica Collins & Melissa Anderson!!! You both totally ROCK!!! This is the very FIRST time my husband has left a doctor's office with a smile on his face! We cannot say enough about the quality of care and service at this location!!!

I would recommend not using this VA. They do little to nothing for you, X-rays and blood work is about it. The receptionist won't answer the phones even if a patient isn't at the window. They are very rood and unpleasant to deal with. The "Doctor" if that's what you want to call him is a joke. He just takes shots in the dark and hopes he's right and doesn't seem to really listen to the patients. If you complain to them about how horrible they are, then they just ignore you.
