Exceptional customer service. My card on file declined a few times and they were very understanding and let me set it right without a fuss. Love the 24 hour access since I work nights and that’s when I’m awake. Prices are better than any in the area (and I’ve checked). We need more establishments like this, owned by humans who care about doing good business and not necessarily making the most money. We rented a unit here for over two years. It’s been great the whole time. The management is super responsive and easy to contact. Electronic payment options made it super easy to pay online. Overall a great place, and I would recommend it!
