Dr. Wiles and her staff are fantastic. They take their time to really listen to you and understand any problems you’re having. When we first met with Dr. Wiles, we were pleasantly surprised at the depth of her research into our past medical records and her insights. Anytime we have had a medical issue. They are right on top of it and always have referred us to the right doctors or specialist. We have now been patient of Dr. Wiles for several years and would highly recommend her and her staff!
I went here 4 times & came away disappointed every time. You don’t always get to see the doctor, you have to see nurse practitioner every other visit. Their billing practices are inefficient (they want cash & don’t honor your insurance office co pay amounts). I left 3 messages in 2 months to try to resolve the fact that they charge you to send a billing statement & to dispute that I have an outstanding balance - as of date, no o e has returned my calls. I had to do the research for them as to how to fill my rx……I saw many co... read more
