Reasonable and honest.
I was disappointed that the mechanic / staff tried selling me parts that were not necessary. Went in for a simple service and walked out with a $900 estimate.
My mom goes here to get her car fixed and every time she brings it home it's never actually fixed she has to take it back again
I've taken my vehicles here since the shop opened and have had a few issues in the past but I overlooked it. This latest issue has driven me to leave a negative review. I took my car in for an alignment and the shop melted the boot on the CV joint. I took my car back (after I discovered it - they did not fess up when it happened) and the owner, Josh, took responsibility for the mishap and said he'd call me after he located a new part.
