I ordered the same flowers, the cotton candy bouquet. Last year they were big and beautiful and smelt so so so good, I can’t even explain how amazing they smelt. They made the whole house smell good. This year, I ordered the same, the premium, the biggest and best, and I get completely different flowers. I ordered online, specifically asked that nothing be substituted, and when I picked up my flowers, they’re a deluxe bundle at absolutely best, not premium.
