Such an easy way...to have a water softener. We have been totally satisfied for over 2 years and would recommend Blair always. When I see those bags of salt (or whatever) in stores I mutter to myself UGH (NO WAY)
I've been using Blair Water for years and have always been happy with their service. Moved three times and always have them come out and install. Water feels great, so much better than the regular city water. Taste better, feels better. The only issue is it take a few times to get used to not using as much soap lol...
Happy with water quality. Delivery is right on schedule. Questions are answered in a timely fashion with and deliveryman is very kind and polite. No spots on dishes or shower doors (this is a plus) no salt which could cause health problems. So far so good.
Just wanted to saying that I love your Water System on my house!! WOW.... what a difference in my water quality!! Well worth the few dollars per week to have better and cleaner water! Thanks! Curt Lockhart
Wonderful customer support! I had some hiccups and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! The whole experience is just what I search for when using a business.Especially my water, I can't thank them enough for coming out right away to fix my issue which ended up not even being the water softener.
Poor Service, Poor Product – Can never get anyone on the phone to pay a bill, or when there is a problem with the system (which is quite often). Employees have poor attitudes and are not very helpful. Use this service at your own risk.
Love this service!! – Wow! I can't believe the negative comments. I have had this service for several years and I love it! Haven't dealt with Gregg too much but the driver who services my house is awesome. Always calls to let me know he will be delivering the next day. I notice a big difference in my water. When visiting friends/family who don't have soft water I can definitely tell.
Great Service for over 6 years! – Gregg and all the folks at Blair have taken great care of my family's needs and provided great customer service for over 6 years now. I have been retired from the Army for 9 years after 25 years of active duty and I pride myself on being a good judge of character and integrity. Gregg has always shown both of these qualities. Tanks not changed for months, was billed anyway... – I had the service for about 1 year, the tanks were barely ever changed (should have been every 4 weeks), as that is what I was paying for. I asked my sales rep (Greg) to have them leave a note or something saying that Blair had changed my tanks when they visited my home, they said they would, but never did.
