I was referred to Blair Vision by my doctor after a my car accident which had caused my vision to change quite a bit. I have been seen at Blair Vision for a total of 6 months. I had a good experience with Dr. Jackson. My vision has gotten a lot better again thanks to his treatment. The staff was very friendly and experienced. too. It is a very small, old-style place with very little options when it comes to frames for your glasses, but it gets the job done. The experience I had there was amazing (the people) I got super expensive glasses and I’m Not gonna lie they were so messed up like a week later the frames are lose and no matter how much I tighten them they are terrible! Turns out they ordered the wrong frames then gave me the ones off of the display case. My prescription can’t be right I get headaches and I still can’t see we’ll and now I have to go pay to get all of this done again somewhere else!
While on vacation in Utah, lines in the road, telephone poles,became wavy and vision slightly blurred. When I got home, I called BVC and told them what was going on. They told me to come ASAP. After a couple tests I was told that Wet Macular Degeneration was the cause and would need to see an Opthamologist immeditly. I was sent to Retna Consultants the next day who informed me that BVC was correct and I was treated on the spot, saving the vision in my right eye. The complete staff is so nice (genuine). They care about my eye health. The Dr is awesome and takes all the time I need to assure everything is correct. I am one of Blair Clinics patients who requires “prisms “ in my glasses. I knew nothing about this “prism” thing, until I had an appointment at the Clinic, last year.
