This is the last place you EVER want to entrust your property to. We entrusted our investment property to Blair Properties and Kelly Church Currently we can not get either one to answer or return our calls, we had to hire an attorney, and we are sitting with over 20 thousand iin damages. FYI they moved the people that did all this to another unsuspecting home owner.

Update: the water damage they "fixed" became unfixed this weekend. Pictures below, I'm sure this is going to cost me an arm and leg. BEWARE: Do not buy a home that this company flipped. I've been living in a home I purchased from Blair Properties for almost a year now. Many times things have gone wrong and I've just talked myself down and chose not to say anything but at this point, something needs to be said. BEWARE: Do not buy a home that this company flipped. I've been living in a home I purchased from Blair Properties for almost a year now. Many times things have gone wrong and I've just talked myself down and chose not to say anything but at this point, something needs to be said.
