My husband and I attended Blair’s fermentation workshop and we were excited to hear about some very practical ways of getting the gut and microbiome back on track. The foods are so delicious it’s hard to not incorporate it into your everyday living. We are making our own yoghurt which tastes delicious and the ginger beer also a big thumbs up! The fermentation workshop that Blair held was fantastic. It was very informative and hands on. We sampled what we made and brought cultures home to start our own. Whenever I have any questions Blair is happy to answer and help out with on going support. The yoghurt we made has become a staple in my diet and I feel great from it!

Thanks Blair for a very informative fermentation workshop. Your passion for helping to change people’s food and lifestyle choices for the better is second to none. Had a great group people on the day, a casual relaxed environment, super yummy lunch and of course that interesting juice combo, what more could you want. Now to put all those learnings into practice. Time to taste my first batch of yoghurt!
