Poor communication. I scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance and received a confirmation email a few days prior to my appointment. However, the day of my appointment I saw that it was cancelled. I reached out regarding the cancellation and was informed either the doctor was leaving early and/or I shouldn't been able to schedule an appointment during the time slot. Awesome doctor, Dr. Chance, and her phlebotomist.
I decided to try Dr. Chance and Crestwood Medical Center for my primary care doctor. I was given a 3:45pm time for my first appointment, which I was a little concerned about since they close at 5pm, but okay. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. I decided to arrive 45 minutes early to be on the safe side. I finished the paperwork and took care of my insurance copay and information in about 25 minutes and then sat and waited to be called.
