Mike is so knowledgeable about so many things and has such patience! He’s always cheerful and friendly and doesn’t show exasperation when we seniors can’t figure something out! We are truly blessed to have him taking care of problems.
I moved here less than 1 week ago. To say I am impressed by everything is an under statement. I lived here for 3 years under different owners whom I would say not the best! Highland is amazing!! Less than 1 week of residing here & giving super ratings, this should be a draw for anyone 62 or older! The apt I live in is painted & updated. One would not believe it was the same building. He found the problem. My CPAP machine was making the noise instead of the smoke alarm.
My experience was excellent. The apartment was clean and ready to move into. Everyone I met was friendly and smiling. Easiest move in every way.
Very nice units. Very attentive to discussions. Like the way it's maintained.
