I lived at Blaine Manor for four wonderful years, and it was truly a beautiful experience. The place is always clean, well-maintained, and provides a very comfortable living environment. The apartment manager, Irma, was absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any issue with great care. At Blaine Manor, I was able to gather with my whole family and create so many special memories. This place is awful. I was there for about 2 years and every day it got getting worse. I needed a place to get into right away and i was actually accepted pretty fast. I got in in about a week. I moved in about half way through a month and they made me pay a full months rent instead of like most places where they split the cost for the time that your lease actually started. I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone!!!! I would have given them zero stars if that was an option. The management/staff is non-existent. When I applied it took a month to finally find out I was approved and I was 8 months pregnant and needed find a place right away. I had to keep calling and no one would answer the phone even though their office hours are 9-5pm. AND to top that half the time when you call their voicemail was full so you couldn't even leave a message. When I was able to leave a message I w... read more
I have lived here for about 5 years and i love love love this place. Enough packing, clean, no kids running in the hallway. Staff is hard to get in touch with but i am happy. I wish they had three bedrooms.
