Staff needs to make patients feel more wanted, and not just hide in the back.
The best, we brought our new kitten Tazz in to be checked out. A monster put him and his siblings in a bag and left them in our drive way so he is very scared of people, they made him feel so comfortable and relaxed. I'll never use another vet office and I'll recommend them to everyone I know.
Dr.s Krista & Molly are the best! Notice I didn't use their last names because when you bring your furry loved one, they become one of the Blaine Vet family! In Gingers opinion, she's really their favorite... the doctors take extra care to explain and provide good feedback on how to best treat your family. Greg, Kelly and Ginger...Snaps!
I started bringing my dog to this clinic in May 2018. My dog has been seen by both Dr. Steffenhagen and Dr. Galler and I have to say they are both wonderful! The staff is kind and friendly. My dog feels right at home each time she visits. Thank you all for being great!

Or baby girl, Miss Lilly had to have surgery today and they were amazing. She's resting and healing well. Thank you for your attention to detail and care. We have been to other veterinarians where we felt forced into things that were so expensive. HERE, they actually care and take time to explain the details and give you options as a pet owner......they were top notch!!
